France joined iA Private Wealth in June 2023 as Senior Compliance Director, T2 Supervision, Managed Program and Capital Markets. She is responsible for trading conduct compliance, portfolio management, second-level supervision as well as risk management and governance.

Prior to joining iA Private Wealth, France was the Regional Director, Regulation at the Montreal office of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO). In her role, she oversaw the external relationships with members via the regional councils of Québec and Atlantic and supported senior management on interpretation of Québec securities legislation.

France holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Université de Montréal and has been a member of the Québec bar since 2003.
