At Google, James focuses on helping the financial services industry including wealth management, banking, capital markets and insurance companies leverage Generative AI to: create operational efficiencies (take costs out); assess risk more accurately; improve customer experiences; and, generate content that will benefit businesses in many ways. Before joining Google, James spent 25 years providing AI and advanced analytics consultative expertise to financial services customers worldwide working for H2O.ai, SAP, Institutional Shareholder Services, Refinitiv (I/B/E/S) and JP Morgan. He has a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance from Northeastern University and a Master's in International Business from Pepperdine University.
