Yes, you must register for the Summit by October 2nd. The cut off to book your room at the group rate is September 28th.

Sunday night: The Walrus Pub and Beer Hall from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. We welcome you to stop by for a cocktail and hors d'oeuvres. The venue is about a 10-minute walk from the Sheraton Centre hotel.

 

Monday night: The Royal Ontario Museum from 6:30 p.m. to midnight. Join us for an exciting night at the museum! Buses will be leaving the Sheraton Centre Hotel after the conference concludes and continuing with a shuttle return during the evening.

The conference will include daily breakfasts, coffee breaks, snacks as well as lunch. The Welcome Reception includes hors d'oeuvre and welcome drinks. The evening event on Monday night includes hors d'oeuvres, open bar, and assorted food stations.

Yes. Please email events.iaprivatewealth@ia.ca with any cancellations or questions.

When you complete your registration, you will have the option to select the additional events. You may bring a guest for the Monday evening soirée for an additional cost of $250. If you plan to do so, please note it during registration and you will be prompted to the payment page.

Yes. The agenda for the Advisor Summit is available under the Schedule tab. Please note the agenda is subject to change. Breakout sessions have various capacities and will need to be selected in advance of the conference.

Yes, there is a room block reserved at the Sheraton Centre Toronto until September 28th with a discounted rate of $325.00 per night.

As an Advisor Summit attendee you can either book with the link here or by calling toll free line at 1-888-627-7175 and state you are with iA Private Wealth 2023 Advisor Summit Conference block, to reserve at the special rate of $325.00 per night. If you are traveling by plane, we recommend that you book your flight before booking your hotel as evening flights are limited.

There will be no virtual component; however, session recordings will be available post-event.

Yes, credits are earned by attending and participating in select CE-eligible sessions.

After completing registration, you will be routed to a confirmation page. In addition, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration information.

Your badge is your "ticket" into all conference activities (sessions, exhibitions, meals, and receptions). Badges must be worn at all times and are not transferable at any time.

Yes, you will have access to the app one week before the event.
